Pros

Free food and free snacks and drinks

Cons

The new CEO , was a project lead , This is his first paid job after doing his masters from Vanderbilt. Always thinks frugally , are not yet on the cloud and upgrading systems is a manual process .. literally copying the application on an approved flashdrive and going all the way to the data center in EU and then copying contents from flah drive on to the server.YOU WILL NOT FIND PEOPLE OF COLOR in A~3

Pros

The new CEO, straight out of a project lead role post-Vanderbilt, clings to outdated tech and manual updates, missing the cloud revolution. His leadership style is robotic, lacking the charisma and warmth you'd expect.

Cons

CEO's leadership approach feels automated, lacking the dynamic charisma expected of his role. Notably, his frugality overshadows much-needed investments in both technology and personnel. More concerning is the tendency to play favorites, which, coupled with actions that raise questions about integrity, undermines team cohesion and trust. Toxic environment.

Pros

Ok benefits no stocks, lunch catered in two days for that doesn't buy people to come here, other companies have better perks

Cons

Lots of lies and bad overtones from management. Trying to build a presence in Silicon Valley and they try to get people from the parent company Airbus over from Europe to run the company but clearly don't understand how the dynamics work here to survive the Silicon Valley wat, look at Nokia or Ericcson. They hire very inexperienced people to run every corner of operations and can't seem to manage simple requests.
