Getting more difficult to work with the management

Nothing else besides having great co-workers.

Cons

It's honestly getting more and more difficult to work with the current management of Acuity Healthcare. The micromanagement is getting more insane by the day, and the managers have been more toxic and restrictive than ever. The work environment is fast-paced and stressful, and the management's attitude makes things even worse.

The pay and benefits were good. They had to pay better than their competitors to ensure people took on the tough job.

Cons

Like other real reviewers, I can also confirm that the work atmosphere here was terribly stressful. Employees were exhausted due to brutal workload and minimal breaks. But you know what the worst thing was-the lack of resources. How could the management expect me to work with 100% efficiency when they didn't provide sufficient resources and avoided any discussion on the matter? It was disappointing!

The requirements standards were awfully high that they almost seem ridiculous!! Management asks so much from employees when they couldn't give a good pay. Benefits were terrible, and workload was brutal!
