They lie about the pay, and whether or not you have a previous working experience, you get the same amount as everybody else. The sign up bonus is also a LIE, you won't get it unless you've fully completed all conditions.

The administrators of this company don't understand our importance to the company, It obviously is more focused on the business rather than helping patients, and more on helping themselves to make more profit than the workers.
