Technology is interesting and unique CEO is a fair boss, challenges employees and expects results. Willing to listen and adjust strategy VP of technology is one of the more inventive people I've worked with.
Cons
President and Founder was a nightmare coworker/manager. Individual assumed if he imagined something, his theory could be micromanaged into reality, all failures. Lacked an understanding of how to structure a controlled experiment and believed that statistically insignificant measurement differences were meaningful and actionable. Lacked an understanding of how to take useful measurements. Unwilling to invest in infrastructure to quantify processes. Consistently tried to find shortcuts to running controlled experiments. If you are going to work with this person, consider other options.
