      New things to learn, good exposure to work.

      Cons

      Company if very possessive and that can harm the employees (no further comments). Does not pay notice period salary but employee works.

      Pros

      i didn't see any pros with Acumen except the non technical staff.

      Cons

      They never thing about employee candidature. Lot of politics with higher officials. If they fail or if they want to support other persons they wont consider your hard work and sincerity, simply they will blame you for which you are not responsible. Company will not give respect to your work but respect to your politics.
