Management constantly inserted themselves into employees’ personal lives and expected people to treat the company like a lifestyle cult. Bonuses were tied to jumping through hoops outside your actual job duties. Certifications. Volunteer events. Internal politics. Interviewing candidates. Endless performative nonsense.
