The team in Louisville on Shelbyville Road are a disgrace.. I could only stand the politics for a couple months and had to quit..They have no training program and have high expectations for the ones they don't like..
What I mean by that is, a certain amount of pre-qualified leads go to the one or 2 favorites from the manager.. He gets the leads from the main Acura Website. Its up to you as a newcomer to get all the walk-ins.. Depending on if the managers "like you enough" they maybe won't give you such a hard time if you didn't close on the first encounter... The customers don't even like the managers or top salesman, and then the managers want to complain about their numbers on a typical monday meeting... STAY AWAY from these cowards...
Last time I checked, they cleared house in management, which shows you the incompetence at the top..
There's so many games, greedy people, and childish behavior that it made me want to throw up on sight (daily) of almost every person that worked there ..
