Management is leading in the right direction and a lot of dead and stagnant wood has been removed in the last 12-18 months. Formation of AES is a game changer in the CRO industry.

Cons

Systems and processes still need work to become a real mid-size company.

Pros

Restructuring a lot, but room for growth for those who’s skill set align with their future goals. Strong future under their new corporate alignment.

Cons

With acquisitions and restructuring that seem incredibly common in this industry, some departments are facing layoffs as they refine their core focus, and some long term employees’ skill set didn’t fit into that new plan. It’s still a great place for the majority of the company.
