Restructuring a lot, but room for growth for those who’s skill set align with their future goals. Strong future under their new corporate alignment.
Cons
With acquisitions and restructuring that seem incredibly common in this industry, some departments are facing layoffs as they refine their core focus, and some long term employees’ skill set didn’t fit into that new plan. It’s still a great place for the majority of the company.
