High pressure-high stress environment with completely unrealistic schedules driving product development. After all, Acutus is a VC backed startup which demands long hours to maintain the workload. Slackers need not apply.

A lot of cons. 1. Company moral is very low. Doesn’t seem like anyone wants to be there anymore. 2. Too many VPs and directors in every department, its crazy 3. No bonuses or raises unless your a director or above 4. Direction of company unclear, they want to do everything with limited cash and people which has left every department stretched thin 5 no quality control group, so many ncmrs because no one inspecting the final product. 6 no Christmas parties anymore 7 no winter shut down 8 sales team super high turn over 9 morning meeting for entire company used to be cool when it was a start up but now it’s a waste of time, sales people presenting on a case or two from the week , they should be out there selling stuff. 10. Company had a lot of great talented people that build this company and the reason I joined the team but they have all left. 11. Everyone took a 10% pay cut in 2020 except ceo who gave himself a massive pay raise that year
