Pros

Some really intelligent + genuine people here. Products provide some unique benefits.

Cons

Couple bad apples overshadow good ones. Some pretty professionally immature people. People in positions don't have right experience for. The company is 10 years old. Acts like 1 year old at times. They act surprised losing millions 'cause of gross customer retention problems. Hmm...how about you work on a healthy and positive way to support your employees' careers first. How you going to keep clients if you can't keep your employees?

Pros

Decent benefits Lots of snacks

Cons

The company used to be about an innovative product that solved a market need. The current leadership does not seem to be able to decide what the vision is and keeps switching gears. New products are thrown onto the market without proper testing while older ones limp along with issues still remaining, and upsetting customers. Compensation needs to be analyzed for industry standards. Knowledge needs to be documented so there isn't a huge brain drain when employees (who continue to leave) leave. Teams need to have cohesive and reachable goals. The current leadership seems to not understand the phrase "lead people, manage processes", and operational teams are blamed for poor management decisions.
