Pros
One of the best things about marketing agencies is the ever changing environment. Here at adMind it's no different. From roles and responsibilities to dealing with the obstacles that come from managing a book of business of clients with unique goals and needs, no two days are exactly the same. Another one of the benefits of working here is that we're a small team, but everyone here is very smart and an expert in what they do. Even though we're small, we tackle big challenges and I love that management has big goals and we find ways to tackle them. One of our core values is no excuses, and everyone I work with is eager to find solutions and not just toss in the towel because something is difficult.
Cons
I mentioned in the pros that we're a small team and that we dont make excuses, and because of that we maintain many of our clients for longer than industry average while also adding to the book of business. This means we can sometimes be stretched a little thin.
