      Pros

      I enjoyed my time in AdNabu. Everyone is very understandiing and friendly. The CEO is a great person to work with. He is approachable and understands his employees well. The flexible working hours are good for someone looking for work life balance. Overall, the environment is very positive with no office politics.

      Cons

      There can be slight misunderstandings but they get resolved via communication. Nothing major.
