Zero benefits. Mind you, this is a staffing firm, so I imagine they give their employees benefits, just not the people they staff to other companies. Limited communications are allowed between you and the company with whom you work, creating conflicts in productivity and progress.
There was plenty of free parking. Networking was encouraged which was great because I was soon looking for another job.
Cons
Very high turn over and very low pay. The owner is very, very hard to work for. I can appreciate a tough boss if it gets good results. I could not work at a place where she humiliated staff members over small mistakes. She manages through fear and pits employees against each other. I am so happy that I have since had ethical employers that pay out commissions when do. Please do your homework before considering working for this company.
