Cons
Clueless management : I was fired for taking sick leaves for 3 days (yes I was told that literally). At the same time, the manager took 15 days of leave and even more after that. They fired me and I didn't even ask for a reason. I worked there for around 2 months. But they paid me for the days I worked there.
