      Very interesting projects that have a great impact on society - at least for those looking for a job.

      The workload is not balanced, at times, there's a lot going on, and at other times, it's slow.

      Pros

      I got to work with some very big brands such as IKEA, Acer, Microsoft, etc... and always encouraged to find new ways to increase user engagement and improve the site appeal.

      Cons

      I often found myself seeking perfection to satisfy the owner who’s passionate about his craft and a clueless client who treats career sites as embellished company profiles.

      Pros

      The Adverto team is composed of very experienced individuals who value quality work. The company pays employees based on the desired outcome, the team provides very detailed instructions, and adjust swiftly plans as they expect roadbumps along the way. If you deliver great work, you'll be rewarded appropriately!

      Cons

      Client feedback is a constant source of frustration since Adverto works solely with Human Resources who don't know the difference between a photo and a 3D rendering. Expect to have to provide very accurate timelines and see projects put on indefinite pause as clients stall to provide feedback. Also, do not be offended if clients dictate changes without understanding the consequences, they often seek internal feedback and resort to forcing decisions regardless of pushback.
