Pros
A truly great place to work, the business welcomes new ways of working and sharing success. A refreshing change to the agency side of recruitment. Management are supportive and happy to listen and the office is dog friendly.
Cons
Difficult to find fault, if you are looking to join an agency, this would be the one.

Pros
I have recently left Adam but only due to a career change. I wouldn't work in recruitment for any other business. After coming in at entry level to leaving as a senior consultant I couldn't have asked for a better company to progress me as a person and my career. The training and mentoring is top notch and the colleagues have become friends. The complete opposite of your stereotypical recruiter and if you are looking for a business where you become part of an elite team instead of ever person for themselves I could not recommend enough!
Cons
Tough to find. Hours are longer than your normal 9-5 but it would be tough to find any recruitment business that offers that.
