Residents are nice, that is all I can say. Its an easy job, but be prepared to stay when someone doesn't show for shifts.

Cons

PTO earned is not Accurate. Not Fair Pay. HR is awful. If you need a Day off good luck cause you need to find your own Replacement or you will get written up. Benefits are awful. Sometimes Payroll screws up your Paychecks. Supervisor/Managers will throw Employees under the bus to save themselves.
