Pros

Training program allows for a good understanding of the subject matter.

Cons

Staffing issues for more than the 2 years. Forced mandatory overtime on call-unpaid. Talk about being supportive of mental health. Do the exact opposite. Vacation is bid at the beginning of the year, but for a week at a time. Just one or two days off at a time must be put in with 3 months of the time off and are awarded based on Staffing. Most of the time it is denied because Staffing levels are at bare minimum. Trading with other employees are preferred so you still work the hours. One week of vacation rolls over to the next year.
