      Pros

      We have fun, we are a close knit group that cares for each other. Jay Keegan (CEO & owner) cares for us. We are encouraged to learn & sharpen skills.

      Cons

      No- flex time, Not allowed to work remotely Vacation/PTO could be more compatible with the job market....

      Pros

      Great atmosphere! Evolving company with growth opportunities. Management has an open door policy and truly seems to care about employee satisfaction and well being. Lots of employee perks- free breakfast Fridays, special Holiday feasts, and an annual Employee Fun Day! The work environment encourages teamwork and collaboration.

      Cons

      Added growth can lead to increased workloads which require patience to ride out.

      Pros

      Regional President is a good quality person. He has more integrity and ethical standards than most people employed in this business. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants to do what is right for them and their employees.

      Cons

      His Vice President is very difficult to work with. Unfortunately, she is in charge of running the Atlanta office. She has run off a number of good quality employees.
