Pros

As a sales professional, its a fairly easy product to learn about and sell. Adams sells three different types of outdoor - traditional billboards, "posters" and digital. In theory, it's not difficult.

Cons

Read the other reviews of working at Adams. No need to reinvent the wheel. Management hovers over staff and they certainly play favorites. Support staff are severely underpaid. If you are a talented sales executive and looking to work there, make sure you get a fair list of accounts that are billing before starting. It take a lot of time to build a book of business to get to an income level that you'd be comfortable with. Then again, if you're a talented sales exec, why would you want to come to Adams to begin with?

Pros

The Health Insurance is good. You get an hour lunch break. You get experience that you can take with you to a lot of different types of jobs.

Cons

They do not appreciate anyone that is not a Sales person. If you are an office person, they are so strict and watch your every move. They make you clock in and out just to show that you really worked a 40 hour work day. The people that stay in the office are the backbone of the company and are underpaid and underappreciated. The CEO doesn't even take the time to learn their names or include them in meetings. They make the entire company run and they get nothing for it. Some of the Sales people do their jobs, others goof off and never get in trouble for it. With Management, if you are a guy, and they don't include you in their boys club, you get nothing. I mean nothing, no leads, no support, no appreciation. If you are a girl you've got to be pretty to go anywhere in that company. Otherwise you just blend in and they take advantage of your hard work.

Pros

The people and the clients. New office building. But other than that this place is horrible! Lousy pay and meetings that are a complete waste of time. Unless you need a minimum wage job, look somewhere else. They'll kill your soul.

Cons

Management. Complete waste of time. Micro managed and treated like a child. If you enjoy being treated rudely and verbally abused while the HR lady looks the other way, sure... go to work here.
