Working in the company is good when you only need good working atmosphere but yes you will have to handle pressure for sure

Cons

Company is hiring others who are new to industry but not giving chances to get on role position to off role employees who are capable for than position.

Pros

Good company to learn core business. Entire group is growing at exceptional pace. Work life balance can be maintained.

Cons

5.5 days in office working days a week Career progression is slow and appraisal process is quite ambiguous and leves you confused. Poor annual pay increase (6-7% at senior level and 8-10% at junior levels or promotion). Poor deligation of responsibility and you keep going to top management for penny issues.
