      Avoid Like the Plague

      Pros

      A great learning experience in what not to do. A great place to work if you don’t want a reasonable salary and you enjoy when supervisors harvest original ideas from direct reports.

      Cons

      Poor pay, inexperienced (uneducated) leadership most interested in towing the culture of nepotism. Dishonest advertisement of benefits, intentionally designed to keep talent they hire from moving forward in their career. Most offensive was the disconnection and complete indifference for the population they serve.

      Quality is dramatically different from department to department.

      Pros

      - The work is very rewarding and can often be very fun as well. - Some departments are amazing places to work, with fantastic office cultures. - It's about 50/50, so definitely worth giving it a go if you live nearby. - Very recovery positive, so if you are in recovery, this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      - The pay is low. - Leadership team members often disagree and are uncoordinated. Giving employees mixed signals. (IE boss A says "do x or else..." and boss B says "do NOT do x or else..." This gets exhausting quickly.) - Any overtime or extra shifts you put in, will quickly become expected and not appreciated.

      Decent pay and benefits, but toxic management

      Decent wages, benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Horrible management, This company is very disorganized and a very high turnover. If you speak out on how the company could improve you are targeted and most likely fired. They did not provide QMHA's scheduled supervision for credentialling and fired 10 employees in 2025 in Curry county. Not a comfortable environment to work.
