      no software development standards and quality requirement

      Cons

      Weak software development team. Good developers keep quitting, only those who can’t find job outside are delivering fragility and immobility products. Customers complaint high cost of maintenance and support.

      Nice people to work with. Everyone is very dedicated and hardworking in what they do. Management always open to new ideas. Great Learning Opportunities.

      Cons

      Workload increases a bit when we are close to project completions and working on time-sensitive deadlines which is the part and parcel of any other job.
