Hiring process and speed Working with the participants.

Cons

Extreme lack of communication from management. Extremely poor Management at all levels. Very Toxic Environment. Lack of training for all levels of the organization. management outright refuses to help staff fix performance issues. example they refused to set up a performance plan to help me improve the issues they brought up to me.
