No loaners or after hours vent setups for the most part
Cons
Lack of training, management is non clinical and knew nothing about the RT position, no support from manager, sales reps are not clinical and can't market vents appropriately, some of the company cars are beaters but they still expect you drive them and won't replace them, no raises or bonuses, heavy on patients meeting monthly compliance goals or threatening them with pick up or $1500 cash pay charge for vent
