Cold in the winter time

Call week can be intimidating. Some location coverage can be big.

Constantly overworked, underpaid, and understaffed. Currently under a nation wide hiring freeze with many people quitting/leaving, making others have to do the work of 2+ people daily. Severe lack of communication among many groups leading to constant errors needing fixed. All due to upper management making changes without informing people below them, who will be directly impacted. Nobody feels appreciated by company as a whole as we keep being dragged around and told what needs to be done/done better.

Lots of issues in operations

Salary is low. No holiday bonuses. Raises are nearly there. Software/servers are always having issues which prevent any work from being done. Job opening descriptions are deceptive. They just want people to answer phones and not do what you're hired to do.

It is a corporation so it depends on who is above you

Stagnation: dont feel like I can move up in the company

There is no clear path to advance to higher level position.
