      Data-driven solutions, good for learning, lots of tools to learn from & great leadership team

      Somehow messy with mid-level politics, mentorship & career growth are vague. On-par compensation

      The co-owner is also a head HR which press lower salary but load of works. No fair

      Pros

      Great office atmosphere. Team mates were nice and supportive. Opportunities given since not so much people stay that long.

      Cons

      No fair with salary payment if compare with workload and expectation. No fair with overtime holidays payback. You work on overtime on Saturday but they gives you a half day off as payback. Can't resign over 2-3 months (due to lack of finding specialist)
