Pros
Adaptive is a young ambitious company that treats it's employees like real people. This is a high pace environment that has tremendous energy.
Cons
As is grows some systems can have growing pains but the opportunities to take on responsibilities are plentiful. Somedays can be tough but the good outnumber the bad.

-Flexible work life balance which is nice -Good culture overall within all departments -Work from home allowed
Cons
-Management can be rude and talks down to you at times making you feel incompetent -Almost no benefits (minimal PTO offered, no 401k, no bonuses) -Low pay compared to other companies in the same industry
