Pros

- Salary was OK, could have been better (but unfortunately salaries for rehab professionals overall are low)

Cons

- Was working for a different company when Adaptive Rehab took over. Focus was more on productivity requirements rather than patient care

Pros

rehab team is supportive; flexible schedule

Cons

high productivity; push to add long-term patients back onto therapy service even though therapeutic intervention was inappropriate and unethical

Pros

The pay and the benefits are good.

Cons

The facility I was in has had 4 Rehab Directors in one year. The company has brought over 99% of their leadership from a failed company. The leadership in the Florida market should is poor and unethical. The management is chaotic, lacking organization and communication. Facilities are run-down and unsanitary, and the treatment plans seem haphazardly thrown together. It’s clear this place prioritizes profit over genuine patient care. Avoid at all costs – your well-being deserves better than this appalling excuse for a rehab center.”
