A relatively new firm at the forefront of helping organisation through Agile ways of working globally. This provides it's consultants with great exposure, thinking, analysis and discussion on global trends, solutions and challenges to the expansion and implementation of Agile ways of working. Not just technology, the firm provides a deeper insight and expertise to business (from some of the largest corporations through to start-ups). The people are fantastic. Easy to work with and clever. We are very well respected by a global Tier 1 management consulting company, whom we partner to solve some of the most interesting transformation programs (in Agile) around the world.
Cons
As a relatively young firm, ADAPTOVATE is still building and therefore does not readily come with all the "bells and whistles" of an established management consulting firm (but they are making progress). Be prepared to travel for long periods of time and adjust to a new country, client, and culture quickly. Sometimes, request to travel will come with a very short notice due to the global demand for our services within a relatively small team and available resources.
