Previous reviews are 110% accurate. Zero perks. No flexibility in work schedule. Business hours are 9-6, and you're required to clock in and out. Yes, you are tracked closely. If you're late or need time off, CEO approval is needed minimum 24 hours ahead. ADARA is 1950's micro-management gone wild.
Morbid work culture. Cross-functional interaction is prohibited. Repeat. PROHIBITED - talking to coworkers is a no-no. Don't even think about asking questions about revenue, business KPI's, or opportunities. The business model isn't clearly explained and how the company makes money is questionable.
If you're brave enough to take a position, you will be yelled at, forced to take a reduced salary, or eventually let go. Possibly with no understanding of the reasons. It's inevitable.
Be prepared for marathon meetings with no clear agenda - the majority of the time spent listening to the CEO monologue on the heights of his intellect above the commoners, the depth of his connections in the NSA, military, and branches of government, and how not-great his skills are as a salesman.
Incredible to believe companies such as ADARA are still in existence. Do yourself a favor, pass on this place - even if your situation is desperate, you'll save yourself the pain of prolific stress.
