Get to see every room. Get to see celebrities and meet lovely guests. Free meals. Uniforms washed on site.
Cons
No training. Employees treated very badly. Flat rate for bank hols, christmas day, new years day etc. Not paid for OT. OT paid in days in lieu but not when you want the days off, at managers decision. Tips paid by card not given to employees. Favouritism. Bullying allegations not investigated. HR lie to cover there tracks. Huge staff turnover. Cant keep staff. Always advertising jobs for all departments . HR travel to other countries to recruit staff because no one in Limerick wants to work there. Very very hard work and no thanks. Work every weekend. Employees who do not pass probation escorted out of the hotel by security. Horrible place to work. Very stressful Would not recommend job there to my worst enemy and thats the truth
