Pros
- Permission to go to the gym during working hours - Private health insurance - Smartphone support - High-end headphone support - Free promotional products (bags, coats, mugs etc.) - Stock option (I have not met an employee who can get this) (Many of these benefits have been lost in recent times.)
Cons
- Team leaders without leadership skills - Lack of experience of employees - Unclear and non-transparent communications
