Adcash is a company stuck in 2007, when they started. They use the same technology, sell the same products and, amazingly, have the same tech issues they have every week. It's groundhog day in Adcash - Same problems, no solutions. There is no product team - Everything is delayed by at least one year. But guess what - The people responsible will never leave or be fired, because they are either relatives or the best friends of the CEO. The upper management is the worst I've ever seen anywhere - They are unprepared, rude and don't accept change. A lot of great people left the company this year for the same reason. They tried to force the entire company to work with the same salary (€1400). This is the one project that they could deliver on time - Propose a salary reduction to 120 people. Everyone but upper management would have their salaries reduced. Crazy! More recently the ENTIRE Human Resources department of the company quit, so that gives you an idea of what kind of "good vibes" are happening in Adcash. Adcash is a toxic environment and there is no sign of improvement.

Adcash has a variety of problems, but most of them (if not all) originate in poor senior management. The product is inconsistent and flawed. Delays in fixes or new features are recurrent, and this is already expected by everyone. Try finding the company's mission, vision and strategy on its website. You won't find them because there aren't any. In fact, it often feels that each individual is up for themselves, with little or no bigger strategy. Even when one's actions may negatively impact his colleagues and the overall company's result, it doesn't seem to matter. The company's management has also decided to implement a "one salary fits all" strategy for its offices, regardless of location. If that sounds crazy, it's because it is. Alterations were made, but no one took blame or responsibility for this. Finally, the management itself: it is hard to find a manager that is not 1) French 2) from an inner circle of friends. Even if they were all extremely competent and ready for their positions (which they are not), this gives very little motivation for all employees regarding their own future in the company. Why stay, if you have no chances of going up?
