Pros

Employees are friendly and helpful. Because they are employees like you

Cons

There are lots of opportunities for you please try somewhere else before joining this organization. As you see many positive feedbacks, but all are fake because they force you to give positive feedback after 1-2 weeks of joining. They micromanaged a lot, and they had hidden rules that were hard to keep up with. Changes would come out suddenly in general, and they have a WhatsApp group where these policies were discussed, which was frustrating. They do unnecessary deductions from your CTC every month like weekend working, gratuity, retention bonus, certification. One Month Salary Bonus: They deduct retention bonus every month and after one year they will give you 1 month salary bonus in this they also have a condition you have to accept their appraisal with 6 months bond then they give your money as a bonus. Certification Amount: you have to pay 1st for your certification if you get the certificate then you have to fill out forms then show your certificate then they will verify after that you can receive the certificate amount. And if you didn't get the certificate then they will not give you one rupee. You have to bear that amount. Weekend working: that's interesting they deduct weekends salary every month. But if you work on any weekend then you have to justify your work after many meetings they didn't pay you for your weekend work salary. But they deduct every month. Their sick leave rules were strict, needing at least two days off and lots of paperwork, like a doctor's note with a signature and prescription. There weren't any chances to learn and grow professionally, and they will give you any tasks that weren't suited to your role and responsibilities. They just say you have to learn these things also. Plus, they paid less than what others in the market got, and they often deducted 1.5 days from your pay when you took time off. Every time they introduce a new policy and you have to follow these otherwise they will force you to resign. If you talk about your work like I'm working on weekends sometimes and also work extra hours on week days as per your requirement then still you deduct unnecessary salary this month. Then the CEO will have one-to-one with you and after that they say to HR and TL "Bolo inko resign daalne ko, inko toh bass paison ki padi hai". Why did we join your organization? "Paison ke liye". You deduct salary for weekend work but still if any employee works on weekends you don't pay them for that, you need justification of the weekend works Why don't you give justification for the deduction?? I have much to say but "jitna bolo kam hai in chindiyon ke liye" Inko employees nahi Gadhe chahiye jo jara si salary me din raat laga rahe. Aur itna karne ke baad bhi inki sune(They will demotivate you and give you self-doubt) aur chup ho ke baith jaaye next day phir suru ho jaaye.
