      Pros

      There is no reason to join this company. Unemployement is much better than their employement.

      Cons

      Company first recruit in bulk, after a month, they terminate whosever on probation period, and ask resignation from those who are not on probation period. Many of employee facing the same phase. Do not join the company, I repeat, never join.

      Pros

      According to them every emoloyee is replaceable , they never care for employees feeling . All matter is money.

      Cons

      Everything is bad . No work life balance

      Pros

      The company had grand vision at time of funding, but now everything is shattered.

      Cons

      -They only think short term. If anyone can be fooled (be it students, teachers or vendors),they do it without hesitation. - No ethics in the company. Can fire you on the spot. -Bad hiring at top management which is now become a burden for all. - rumours is that all top management has been fired and the company is looking to pivot. - only edtech company that did not grow in covid.
