    I worked at Adecco full-time

    Pros

Adecco provides an opportunity to grow internally. Excellent Compliance and on-job training for permanent employees on a timely basis. Win4Youth competition and other internal competition were very effective.

    Cons

Attrition ratio was very high in Adecco India-North branches. Very poor training system to the management trainee/fresher.

    Advice to Management

Need to control the attrition ratio and restructure the internal designation in a simple way to avoid internal conflicts between the different segments. Modify the job description so everyone has a sense of responsibility towards the company objective.
