Decent pay/benefits, team lunches, holidays and paid Christmas/New Years shutdown. Personable coworkers for the most part.

Way behind on the times in terms of their systems and ways of operating. Even minor things I've taken for granted elsewhere were nowhere to be found. Tracking tasks and follow ups was a chore, until I took it upon myself to make spreadsheets to track items.
