The owner inherited this company from his parents. He is verbally abusive and micromanages people while yanking them in multiple directions at once. He thinks everything is easy and should take absolutely no time to complete. He is incredibly cheap and rude. Numerous people have quit immediately due to his abuse. They pay salary people monthly. But they don't tell you that when they hire you. The building is old and dirty. You need to provide your own Keurig pods. They won't even buy the employees coffee. The accounting department is understaffed and the workload is overwhelming. The insurance sucks. There is no 401k match.

They will make their own decesions on incidents that happen at the facility no matter the proof you have or the 4 to 5 witnesses that vouche for you. They tell half truths as for instance they show a document that you signed when taking forklift training but it only covers the forklift that you sit on like driving a car, notraining is administered to you for a stand up and drive forklift. But will hold you accountable if you have an accident on the stand up one. FACT! High extreme heat working environment temps in areas 96 to 105 degrees so if you get sick and nausea and sit down to rest on your lawful break do not pass out cause they will right you up for sleeping no matter that you have 4 to 5 witnesses that will vouche for you about being sick and complaining about being sick. Because if you don't call 911 then they will say that you were not sick just sleeping. FACT. If you also get fired they will show half truths on the situation and never add what the employee states to the unemployment office to block you from getting help to feed your children and pay your bills. FACT. Thats the type of people they are. Who would block you from getting help to feed your kids??? I have paper work and eye winesses that back my statements up.
