-No Leadership -No Culture -No work - life balance encouraged -Terrible training program. It is a sink or swim environment. -Cut throat -Chaotic and stressful -No concept of team building or working together as a whole to service customers. -Standard operating procedures either do not exist or the ones that do are not followed by departments, and management does not back you up when you ask them to be re-enforced. - Departments do not work together -Understaffed
