      Positive and welcoming work environment with really nice culture and fairly varied work.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes expected and not evenly spread across team members. Sometimes lacking training opportunities.

      Best company I've worked for. They care about and take care of employees. Decent compensation, room for growth. They allow you (mostly) to work on the projects you want to work on

      Cons

      Things can get really busy, sometimes added to projects without checking in with you first.
