Pros

Fellow co-workers are the only thing that makes the job enjoyable.

Cons

Worst company I've ever worked for. Equivalent to a sweat shop and pays like one too. Don't drink the juice they serve over there, you'll be selling a mediocre product in a saturated market with little to no room for promotional advancement in addition to your wallet having little to no growth as well.

Zenreach is going nowhere fast.

Pros

If you're young, you'll fit right in. Everyone is very tight-knit and your peers are very supportive. Unlimited PTO is a plus. The location of the office at 24th and Camelback is nice.

Cons

Leadership is far from competent and standards are low. Across departments in the PHX office it's unfortunately normal to have management using foul language, taking illegal drugs at company events, making racist comments, and sleeping with their reports. It's truly a free for all and behavior remains the same despite being reported which makes for little to no respect flowing between levels of the hierarchy. The outlook has been grim for Zenreach for the better part of 2017, seeing upper management either being forced out because they are greatly unqualified or top tier management jumping ship because they realize it is past the point of no return. This translates into the day to day and causes widespread negativity on the floor. Yes, Zenreach has "funding" but their frivolous rate of spending ultimately lead them to a massive lay off (funny how the women that slept with leadership are still there and even promoted after the lay off!) and now they are scrambling to re-strategize and survive. It doesn't help that price reductions, fabricating metrics, and sleazy sales tactics have been required to maintain their customer base. If you're looking for job security/stability with an ethical and rapidly growing company, do not apply at Zenreach.

Pros

they held fun happy hours and had great snacks in the office

Cons

no management to help you out, fired 85% of sales floor only to hire a whole new staff 2 months later - typical cold calling sales job.
