Pros

interview is taken in a very unorganized manner. They will eat your whole day by just saying " wait and wait ". They will ask you to go in testing line and if you say no , they will not select you .

Cons

very bad management and have very unorganized structure . Infrastructure of the company is also not good. they will say that they work in java technology but they will you push you towards testing.
