      Pros

      Friendly environment. They provide a good appraisal based on your performance. Amazing work culture. You can consider as second home, with flexible timing, even you would not feel the time. Everyone is so friendly, And boss is also very kind person, he understand employees problem. And one more thing, if you go there with a single programming language you would get chance to learn more than 10 technology depend upon your interest.
