      * Work-life balance * Well-paid. * Huge local market share

      Cons

      * A lot of red tape because of the way agile methodology is applied. * They overload you with meetings and you are left with a few hours to do your actual work. * There is no career track that I am aware of. * As in any big company, good technical skills will not be helpful for your career progression.
