Pros

- It's a great place to start your journey in advertising world. - Great hiring process. They don't only rely on person's work experience but also their characteristics/vibe. Overall, Adformers are very pleasant to work with. - Great knowledge building options. Adform gives quite a lot of time to build up your knowledge in other products.

Cons

- Support teams still feel like conveyer even though it could be a quite stable job. Management is not interested in keeping people. - New products that are launch usually fails in usage. Product teams rely on support advices for business cases. - Salary raises are very limited and small. They do not cover inflation. If you show contructial feedback or criticism, you might be scratched out from promotion or salary raise.

Pros

• The team has a genuine drive to get things done — there's real energy and motivation around shipping and hitting targets. • If you enjoy a fast-paced, execution-focused environment, you'll feel that momentum from day one. • People are passionate about what they build, and that enthusiasm is contagious.

Cons

• Unless you come from a developer or engineering background, the company's broader strategy is hard to grasp. It's rarely communicated in a way that's accessible to non-technical roles. • The organizational structure feels underdeveloped for anyone outside of tech. You're given tasks to execute, but the bigger picture and the "why" behind decisions are seldom shared. • Non-technical employees can quickly feel disconnected or undervalued — not necessarily by intent, but because the culture is heavily built around builders. • Poor onboarding for, or almost lack of onboarding, for non-tech role.
