Management not good. Upper lever management treats as labour.

Worked as a graphic designer, but let me tell you, both managers in creative team are worthless,emotion less,cruel, mannerless people. They consider their team members as their slave, their behaviour towards their juniors is very very bad, they talk and behave very badly, never give them leave, even if you are or your family member ill, however they wont give you leave, they will say, you can come 1 hour late, you have to apply the 15 days before taking the leave, they will never give you leave easily, you will have to beg for the leave, they get so much relief when you beg for the leave however they will ask why do you want, come late by an hour, we have so much pressure, you cant take the leave. Once you come back from the leave, they will give you so many tasks, they will torcher you, and i dont know whey the feel very good in torchuring anyone. Office timings are 10 to 6.30 but in creative team, no one cant go before 8.30 minimum and you have to take their permission for going home, Sir! can i go home. If you dont take their permission for leaving the day, it means you have hurt their ego and on the next day manager will call you for the meeting and he will threaten you.Most of the times 8.30pm crosses 3 am,4 am,5 am, 6 am,7 am, and if you are leaving for the home at 6 am in the morning, they say come by 12, you can not take the leave, if you dont come then they will ring you and call you, its very urgent come to office. You cant share your views or opinion because both managers feel very small, and they take it as a insult if you try to share your views. They can call you any saturday or sunday, and he will not give you any extra leave or next day off, he is like a dictator, your personal life will be spoiled if you work here. Team is full of non technical people.
