Fast international expansion which has some negative effects on the employees at the main office

The company culture is absolutely terrible. Leadership is being handed to people with no apparent experience and with zero communicative skills. As a matter of fact, it seems like no one in management has any idea what they are doing. This company is all talk and no action, and this toxic attitude has permeated the entire company culture. If you are a junior thinking about joining this company, you might already have more hands on experience than your manager (at least in my department, can't speak for others). So be weary before applying here. If the interviewer gives you a bad vibe, it's with good reason. Currently employed here but looking for a new opportunity ASAP.
