The ISO 27001 certification reflects strong processes and serious data security standards. Hard work is recognized here — I achieved my targets and received quarterly bonuses, which kept me motivated. Promotions are based on performance, and growth opportunities are clearly visible. As a female professional, I always felt safe, respected, and supported. The company encouraged me to continue my studies alongside work, which meant a lot. Their CSR initiatives, especially in female education, made me proud to be part of the organization.

Pros

The onboarding process was very impressive. Walking into the office never felt like walking into a corporate machine — it felt like being around people who actually care about each other. I got to work on projects for some really big clients early on.

Cons

The workload can pile up during busy periods — a bit more flexibility in scheduling would go a long way
